I already miss date nights and weekends away with this buddy. Anna has one of the most contagious spirits of joy I know and, simply put, she’s one of the coolest girls I’ve ever met. I experience deep freedom in being my authentic self when near this friend. Love you, brave little toaster.
And her boo Matt bridesmaid and wedding guesting it.

Jamie Clayton, my BFFFMFL,Y. He’s my dance move creating, cocktail making and film shooting hero. The jury is still out on us being brother and sister, so for now we’ll just settle for besties.

Quite possibly the sweetest family there ever was! Chris and Julie are two of warmest hearts and biggest smiles that have ever graced the ground. The world – and my own heart – is better because of ’em. And don’t even get me started on the cute bombs that are Landon and Annie. We are the lucky ones to be able to call these people ours.

Matt and Sarah. Texans who were mere acquaintances until they moved to Atlanta and became two of our dearest friends. The most epic of times has been had with these two and by some sweet grace, there’s more to come since they also now live in Houston! We’ll be toasting some Garrison Brothers Texas Bourbon tonight to celebrate.

“There’s something about a white shirt that’s just crisp and fresh.” – Will Smith, as he changed out of his traditional fit white work shirt into his slim fit Brooks Brothers white shirt.

We officially live in Texas! And to continue with the good kind of heartache, I just got a whole bunch of film scans back.
A few months before we left I started shooting film portraits of some of our people that our life in Georgia blessed us with. 4 rolls in and more to come, I’ll be sharing my favorites from this set of personal work.
I gotta start with this shot of Mark and Jed on one of our last evenings on the porch where we experienced so much rich life. Our favorite spot at the house we cried quite a bit over leaving. Grateful for this moment in time to remind us of countless memories!
