My favorite NASA employees got married at Camp Lucy in Dripping Springs, TX. It was one of those weekends where I got to tag along to all events, my favorite being manis/pedis in the same salon as a woman who used to be a man (true story). I even got to sleep in the same bed as Pam the night before the wedding so yeah, Pam and I have a pretty special friendship. Over the years, Pam has introduced me to wonderful things like watching sunsets on Mt. Bonnell in Austin, ice blocking, the beauty found in driving around for hours listening to new music, cliff jumping, and laughter that hurts your abs. And Jason…well, Jason opened my eyes to the fact that awesome things can come from Wisconsin other than cheese, namely, himself. Now, photoxplosion time.
The matron of honor’s shoes were my favorite detail of the day. Amazing.
The matron of honor, Jackie, and her husband Peter, were responsible for lots of wonderfully awkward photos. This one is gold. That baby is going to have the best family photos ever.
Woops, how did I end up on the dance floor?
Thanks to Jeremy (the man below) for taking the photo above.
HUGE thank you to Carrie Ryan for second shooting! Monday I’ll blog the partybooth images she rocked, so come back. Until then, in case you missed them, check out:
great photos…as usual!!!
Gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous. And… I seriously thought the sign that says, “Dinner & Dancing” said, “Dirty Dancing” at first glance. Either way, love it 🙂
