The Pharr Wedding – British Columbia

I’m a little biased towards this wedding since Scott is Mark’s cousin, but this was one of the most beautiful weddings I’ve been a part of in every way. We adore Scott, and there are no words for how cool we think Lisa is. We fell in love with her during our time together in France where we met for the first time and followed her (and Scott) on amazing adventures.

Sonora Resort (on Sonora Island, B.C.) can only be accessed by water taxi or sea plane, making you feel a little bit like a movie star on the trek. They got engaged there and decided it was the perfect place to bring their closest friends and family for their wedding. No complaints here. Four days of lifelong memories have us missing it quite a bit.

So, because I can, here’s a ridiculous amount of photos. We love y’all!

The dock crew put a salmon head out for a bald eagle to come snatch up. This silly eagle dropped it in front of all of his eagle friends and it was super embarrassing. 

Scott and Lisa commissioned an artist to paint the canvas that they stood on for the ceremony. They plan to get it stretched and hang it in their house. Kind of awesome…

Lisa surprised Scott by singing “Maybe I’m Amazed” before their first dance to the same song. Like I said, she’s so cool.
